In 2014, we founded Ningbo Futai Door and Window Automation Technology Co., Ltd., launching into research, development, manufacturing, and sales of tubular motors and safety edges, securing three patents and CE, ROHS approvals.
By 2018, we expanded with Ningbo Futai IOT Technology Co., Ltd. joining the FUTAI group, acquiring state-of-the-art equipment and increasing our factory footprint to 2000 square meters. Our commitment to manufacturing, R&D, sales, and services of tubular motors and safety edges is underscored by three registered trademarks.
In 2019, we integrated advanced manufacturing machines and testing tools, including extrusion machines, motor testing units, and silent rooms. A: All our processes strictly adhere to IS0-9001 procedures. We carry out spot checks on raw materials and parts before production. During the production process, we also carry out regular spot checks to ensure that quality standards are met at each production step. Every product is thoroughly inspected after production and before packaging to ensure that there are no quality problems.
